Grammy Nominee Chorney made history as the first truly independent artist to get nominated for a Grammy without a label, manager or publicist, for BEST AMERICANA ALBUM "EMOTIONAL JUKEBOX" for the 54th GRAMMY AWARDS. As a relative unknown, her nomination was met with controversy by the gatekeepers.
She embraced it, and wrote her first book, aptly entitled "Who the F*#% Is Linda Chorney?!"
